SLOVENIAN UNIVERSITY SPORTS ASSOCIATION (SUSA)

Slovenian University Sports Association (SUSA) is a national university sports association. As such it was accepted in a membership of the following associations:
. FISU (International University Sport Association)
. EUSA (European University Sport Association)
. OKS (Olympic Committee of Slovenia) Members of SUSA are associations that operate on the field of
Slovenian university cities: University Sport Association of Ljubljana, University Sport Association of Maribor and University Sport Association of Primorska.
SUSA has enough experience and a sufficient organisation to stage the Championship. Besides organising National University Championships, we have succesfully organised the 2nd European University Basketball Championship in Koper 2002 and the 3rd European University Volleyball Championship in Maribor 2003. We belive that we are able to organise such event on a high quality level.
SUSA has all the support from State and Municipality Authorities, University of Primorska, University Sports Association of Ljubljana and Koper and Local Student
organisation to organise the 2nd European University Beach Volleyball 2005. Slovene Volleyball Federation is going to be our partners on the project, so we can quarantee also enough people with international licences to reach the technical rules.
We have enough facilities for the Championship in the candidate town and all top-quality equipment available in accordance with the International Federation's rules and there are also no laws, customs or regulations in Ljubljana that would limit or interfere with this event organisation. All participating teams and individuals will receive a warm welcome as from a legal standpoint and also from people of Koper and Ankaran, and we belive the Championship to be very succesfull.
