OFFICIAL EUSA REGULATIONS
General EUSA EUC regulations and EUSA Beachvolleyball technical regulations will aply at the tournament.

OFFICIALS, REFEREES, JUDGES
The volume and levels of qualification of officials available within our country is sufficient to conduct the championship in accordance with the rules of EUSA. Slovenian Volleyball Federation will be a partner of the project, so we can quarantee high quality services.

MEDICAL COVER
The Championship venue will provide first-aid cover throughout all playing periods, together with 24 hour medical cover, and rapid access to hospital in case of emergency.

LANGUAGE
English will be used as the official language of EUSA, but the Organising Committee will assure, that every team has its own volounteer - interpretor, to provide correct information relating to the championship.

SECURITY
Slovenia is known as one of the safest countries in the Europe, neverthenless we will assure security system according to the national regulations.

PRESS, RADIO AND TELEVISION
The Organising Committee is certain, that press, radio and television (finals) will broadcast the Championship, coverage for media will be provided by a press attaché.
The OC will provide a room for use by media persons, suitable for player interview in any medium. Appropriate communication facilities will be made available for the media. An official website for the championship will be established, complied with EUSA guidelines with a link to the EUSA site.

TRANSPORTATION
Transport will be organised from the airport Trieste (Ronchi), which is 50km away from Koper, railway and bus station to the accomodation facilities in Ankaran by the Organising committee.

SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
We will arrange different cultural programme during the Championship together with our Municipality department and the local Student organisation.
OC will also organise touristic program, which will involve various sightseing and trips to nearby points of interest. We can assure, that Rector of University of Primorska as weel as Major of Koper will organise a reception for all team managers, coaches and officials and that Opening and Closing ceremonies will be organised as expected.

FINANCES
We expect that the budget to organise the Championship is going to be 80.000 EURO. Championship will be financed by the Central Government, Municipality department, National Students Organisation funds, sponsors and the participation fee.
We propose 40- EUR for athletes and officials per day and per person.

OTHERS
National Association of University Sport declares that the candidate will fully respect the organisation conditions and gives in particular a guarantee that no political meetings or demonstrations will be held on sports grounds nor in the living places of the competitors and that the championship's exclusive purpose is to be used in the interest University Sport.
We give our commitment that the emblem of EUSA as well as the official emblem of the championship will be protected to the profit of EUSA. We guarantee to pay to EUSA the organisation fees.
