Organisation
Slovenian University Sports Association has enough experience and a sufficient organisation to stage the Championship. Besides organising National University Championships, we have successfully organised the 2nd European University Basketball Championship in Koper 2002, the 3rd European University Volleyball Championship in Maribor 2003, the 2nd European Beach Volleyball championship in Portorož 2005, and the 16th World University Table Tennis Championship in Maribor 2006. We also bid for the 25th Winter Universiade 2011, and are the candidate city for the 26th Winter Universiade 2013 (http://www.universiademaribor.org).
SUSA has support from State and Municipality Authorities, University of Primorska, University Sports Association of Primorska and the local student organisation to organise the 4th European University Futsal Championship in 2007.
Slovenian Futsal Association, guarantees high level organisation in technical point of view, and we have also enough people with international licences that are required by the technical rules. In order to improve the quality of the tournament we suggest that each participating country "contributes" a referee with an international licence.
